Holy Relic HOAG Necromancer - My Necropolis League Starter Build
Hey guys this is my Herald of Agony / Holy Relic of conviction league starter.
DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT A GUIDE! I do not know how good this build will be and it may or not hold up to the new content.
That being said I think it's an interesting build that incorporates a new gem and the changed necromancer ascendancy so we're giving it a go!
