THE BIGGEST BALANCE MANIFESTO TO DATE!
Grinding Gear Games just released the biggest balance manifesto to date, it's full of nerfs and rebalance to most aspects of the game. The main focus is bringing back damage to acceptable numbers and addressing flask spam and so on. There is a lot to cover and I tried to keep it short it wasn't easy!
