Min: 25 fps (rare)
Max: 70 fps
Average: 38 fps
Benchmark without Fraps:
Min: 35 fps (very rare, just where a huge amout of grass and trees are there)
Max: 105 fps
Average: 59.5 fps
As you can see you can run Skyrim with many graphic mods very smooth on a low - mid graphic card for 120 €
A lot of things in SkyrimPref.ini were edited like shadows....
