The Orange Line metro train is Pakistan's first automated rapid transit system in Pakistan. It is operated by the Punjab Mass Transit Authority and forms part of the Lahore Metro system.
The Orange Line metro train has a total length of 27.1 km, of which 25.4 km is elevated and 1.72 km is underground. It has 26 stations, two of which are underground (Anarkali and Central). The stations are designed with modern facilities and cultural elements.
The Orange Line metro train runs from Dera Gujran Terminal in the north to Ali Town Terminal in the south, passing through some of the historical and cultural landmarks of Lahore, such as Shalimar Gardens, Lahore Fort, Badshahi Mosque, Minar-e-Pakistan, Chauburji, and Anarkali Bazaar.
