Ghana's NEW $12 Billion Crude Oil Refinery Project
Ghana has broken ground on the first phase of the ambitious Petroleum Hub Project, located in in Nawule, Jomoro, Western Region. The US$12bn project, which will be developed in three independent phases, is set to include a 300,000 bbl/d refinery, a petrochemical plant, and storage and port facilities.
