Many of you deal with Excel worksheets daily; however, are you sure you're using the most efficient methods for everyday tasks?
Imagine you have a column of text values you want to change the output of. Thankfully, you don't have to spend precious time editing each one manually.
In the first of a six-part series, Kat Norton, aka Miss Excel, demonstrates how to use several text functions:
• UPPER — return all letters in uppercase
• LOWER — return all letters in lowercase
• PROPER — capitalise the first letter of each word
• TRIM — remove extra spaces (ignores single spaces)
