How to Dock in Spaceflight Simulator | Untrimmed Approach and Docking | SFS V1.5
These are the steps how to dock in orbit and/or in elliptical orbit.
Consider these steps in docking in an orbit:
1. Launch rocket into Low Earth Orbit (LEO)
2. Select Planet or Spacecraft to Navigate
3. If you're in other planet, descend into Low Orbit
4. Descend into smaller orbit from where you dock
5. Follow the spacecraft where you'll dock
6. If transfer window is 0.0, slowly approach by timewarping
7. Lastly, make sure your at the same speed and use RCS to approach
