Gwent | Nilfgaard | Enslave 6 Assimilate feat. Peter & Bribery
There is a land where dead decks live. Enslave 6 Assimilate, Self-wound, Zeal Temple, Spella'tael Nekker, Pirates... All dead, killed by stupid balance council decisions. Essentially, pick whatever deck you like which is played or successful a bit less - it is dead, killed, butchered, decapitated, annihilated, bazooka headshoted, unplayable, meme tier. Often due to one provision nerf.
Today I'd like to demonstrate you one of these unplayable decks. Enslave is a terrible leader abilty, because neglecting the cases where it plays for 12 + 10*2 = 32 points on an useful 1 point per turn engine in a long round, it sometimes is just 12 points, which is only equal to raw value of Blood Scent leader. Braathens and Artorius are conditional and a bit subpar when lacking good targets to copy with Informant - 20+ points value in a long round when these targets exist hardly makes up for this deficit. Meta is a pointslam mess - people don't play engine decks in a great deal because of Enslave 6, so we need to buff Enslave 6 to be stronger against these pointslam decks.
Now putting sarcasm aside. Peter is an interesting inclusion as a control tool, which can help especially against green finishers in short rounds, but also limit opponent's greed in earlier rounds. Nilfgaardian Knight is a card which can help to avoid loss on even from blue coin, but also is very good as R3 topdeck with first say, which is a very common scenario for Calveit decks. If you go second, NG Knight would be a good mulligan target.
