IBM Spectrum Protect 7.1.6 Blueprints expediting a server install - Presentation
IBM Spectrum Protect (TSM) Blueprints aid the design and setup of TSM servers. This presentation describes how IBMers, BPs and customers can use the Blueprints to expedite the design, sizing and install of the TSM server.
The Blueprints are designed around small, medium, or large workloads. They are optimized for deduplication and disk-only environments. They automate the validation for hardware, file system and operating system setup. They provide automated configuration for IBM Spectrum Protect database, storage pool, policy, and schedules. The allow for easy configuration and deployment for cloud environments and object storage.
