In April of 2024, an 80+-year-old man made a deathbed confession. Larry Webb stunned the police and FBI. Webb confessed to killing mother (Susan Carter 41 years old) and (her daughter Natasha Alex Carter 10 years old). Webb was incarcerated for his alleged involvement in the death of another girl.
