Leaky BA was a basement/foundation repairman based in Steubenville, OH. His ads were strange and incredibly low budget, and aired on Pittsburgh, PA local television stations in the 2000s. These clips seemed to have been lost, but were saved on LeakyBA.com's Internet Archive page.
