That being said, East Nashville Tennessee isn’t all butterflies and roses – there’s always a few cons to keep in mind when you’re moving to a new city! Today, I’ll talk to you about the pros and cons of living in East Nashville. First of all, East Nashville is completely sold out of most new construction homes. That being said, there is a ton of opportunity for growth in East Nashville Tennessee, so this Nashville Tennessee suburb is slated for more in the future. In order to get into the new communities here in East Nashville Tennessee, you need to be working with an agent that has a relationship with the builders (like my team -the R&R Home team!). Otherwise, you may be stuck on a 200-300 person waiting list.
One of the biggest pros of East Nashville Tennessee is that it is quaint and small-town. The downtown area of East Nashville is really nice, and it definitely gives you that small town feeling. So if you’re looking for that, you’ll definitely find that in East Nashville Tennessee.
