Cromā is an Indian retail chain of consumer electronics and durables run by Infiniti Retail, a subsidiary of the Tata Group.[2][3] Its product range covers more than 500 products across the electronics and consumer durable categories.
Presently, there are a total of 300 Cromā stores in 35 cities in India.[4]

My microwave oven which is under extended warranty was failed on 28/11/22 and registered a complaint with croma, every day they are telling some stories with out providing service. The negligence of croma should know one and all and don't purchase products in croma keeping in view of their poor services.

I went to the Croma store to buy a laptop for my online classes, after going through the quality and features we brought the reasonable one, after a year the laptop started to behave abnormal. we took it to the Croma store to fix it but everytime they just updated it and gave it back to us. I must have visited the store a thousand times to get it fix, later they told us that the laptop didn't a disc, hearing this we asked why hadn't we told about this at the time of purchase, this showed that the sells person had no knowledge of the product he was showing us, We had to spent extra 5000 in its repair and now the laptop cursor does not work and it behaves abnormally. I am so mad at the company for not doing their work properly. I would warn y'all NOT TO BUY products from here
