A mortgage has an interest rate, but that isn't the only cost you need to be aware of when shopping. I go into detail and explain what items effect your interest rate. I also give some advise on questions to ask your lender to make sure there are no surprise fees. My goal is to give you the tools necessary when shopping for a mortgage, and also educate you so there is an apples to apples comparison.
