I don't have to tell the immigration office about THAT, do I?
Many people have something in their past they would like to forget, and certainly don't want to have to put on an immigration application. But failing to disclose important things like an arrest or a previous immigration problem can have huge negative consequences. As Julie says in the video: "that's a terrible idea."
If you are an immigrant in the United States, or applying for a visa or admission to the US, and you have any criminal history or any previous immigration problems, you need to speak with an experienced immigration attorney BEFORE submitting your application or coming to the border.
