The workbench has about 150 pounds of sand in it, that plus the wood probably brings it to about 250. I will publish another video on my channel in a couple of days explaining my thought process behind building it, and the reasons I did what I did, If there are any questions PLEASE ASK them, so i can answer them in the overview video.
