I spend a lot of time on classifieds, and a lot of things come up... Not so much real estate, because I'm currently completely renovating my place...
But I've always found foreclosure auctions interesting!
Can you get a bargain at a foreclosure auction?
You should set a personal fixed price beforehand, and in this case, you could submit your bid to the municipality...
After a few days, I actually got an offer!
The house is very small and has only 40 square meters of living space, making it more of a tiny house, but also just the right size for tinkering and renovating....
The renovation probably won't start until fall...
Plans are already in place!
