For Bonestorm the notable "Cut to the Bone" is needed for Armour Break. After, I put Extraction on Bonestorm and once I have allocated Pure Chaos I drop "Cut to the Bone".
Demon Form
Do not do Candlemass if you want to stack Demonflame. To maintain more Demonflame stacks I include Life Regen in my search string. You can reset your Demonflame stacks by respawning at a checkpoint in the Campaign. Link Second Wind support so you can reenter Demonform once you want to leave it due to having too many Demonflame Stacks. Demonflame gives Increased Spell Damage per stack. The %value increases at certain Level Thresholds. You can cap the Demonflame Stacks with the "Mastered Darkness" Ascendancy Notable.
