Egg Bites Recipe:
Makes 14 egg bites
8 eggs
2/3 cup cottage cheese or greek yogurt
1/2 cup cheese
2 large pinches salt
pepper to taste
1/2 cup cooked meat or veggies
1. Blend first 5 ingredients in a blender.
2. Split meat or veggies equally between egg bite sections.
3. Pour blended mixture into egg bite sections.
4. Put lids on egg bite molds and stack together on egg bite base.
5. Add 1 1/2 cups of water to instant pot.
6. Steam in instant pot for 9 minutes and release pressure naturally for 10 minutes.
