Waylon Park - works in the Murkoff underground laboratories as a programmer-engineer. It was he who sent the letter to Miles Upshur, which we read in the very first document in the main game. But the Murkoff discovered this violation and now Waylon has become a guinea pig who needs to escape from this nightmare.
