Another MCM comes and goes! I had a great time hanging out with friends and getting to work with awesome people.
I will openly admit that I'm not massively happy with this video, though. No fault of any cosplayer involved, of course, but a lot of factors contributed. The rain on Saturday cut down my shooting time by a lot as I prefer to shoot outside, doing meet ups was so much fun but again, cut down shooting time (though I don't regret having a good time with friends). It was my first time shooting at a con with my new camera, so it's not the set up I was used to and it made filming feel a little off all weekend? So hopefully with a bit more practice with the Lumix I'll feel better! As well, coming down from the Project Widogast hype I felt a lot of pressure whilst also knowing that a con CMV won't look the same as something I put a lot of time and effort into, so I got in my own head a lot.
This video is ok, I just know had I not been fretting so much and had more time to think about the event beforehand, I could have done a lot better. But hey. I'm always learning.
In any case, I hope you guys enjoy this from an outside perspective! A huge thank you as ever to everyone who shot with me over the weekend, friends old and new, you're all awesome. And sorry to those I missed, hopefully I can catch you at the next event!
