This build maximizes the 500 damage cap of the new Arcane "Persistence" with Trinity's overwhelming damage reduction.
The only concern with this Arcane is the 700 armor requirement, but Link's status effect immunity makes up for that, forcing stability into actual combat.
The 500 limit gained in exchange for giving up a shield is offset by Blessing, Link, Mirage implants, and additional adaptations, reducing damage taken to fractions of a second.

[About Persistence's Specifications and the Aims of This Build]
I would like to clarify some points in the video that were unclear and could be misleading.
The precise effect of the Arcane "Persistence" is that it limits the total damage taken per second to a maximum of 500. Rather than judging the size of a single hit, it puts a "cap of 500" on the total damage taken per second.
Regarding your question about whether it's unnecessary for Trinity: As you pointed out, Trinity's damage reduction (DR) is extremely powerful, so at normal levels (up to around level 600), the damage after reduction doesn't reach 500 per second, and there are many situations where this Arcane doesn't work.
However, this build has the following "romance and insurance" built in.
A safety net for extreme environments: In extreme environments such as level 9999, even damage after 99% reduction will exceed 500 per second. In those situations, this Arcane acts as a "last resort."
Even if you forget to refresh your abilities for a moment and your damage reduction (DR) is interrupted, the "500/sec limit" will prevent instant death as long as your armor is maintained.
