This is the general-purpose NOKKO build I use for most missions.
I could use more ability power, but after some fine-tuning, it turned out like this.
I can easily clear missions with almost no issues, not only in durability but also defense and mobile defense.
As for boss battles, there are some that are quick to defeat and some that take a while.
Lephantis in particular takes quite a while. Oh, and Lopalo was out of the question lol.
