And now I reveal to you all (drumroll pls and thank you) the longest project I've worked on yet!
Was it the hardest? Not by far! Was it the most complicated? Probably not! Then, what do I mean? Well, funny enough, I actually started production on this song a little bit after the game was originally teased. That means, yes, I started this song around 3-ish years ago! I got inspired by the concept and the themes, along with all of the theories going around about what this game will turn out to be! So, I started work on this, and nearly finished it!
However, for me, I didn't want to release a song about a game that hadn't come out yet, especially since I didn't fully know what this game was really about. So I waited several years, until about a month ago, where I finally picked it back up. It's been really cool seeing my growth over the years as a musician and as a performer throughout this project, and being able to give it a fresh coat of paint with some great visuals on top has been very redeeming for my all this hard work!
Special thanks to the editor for this project, Andrés Montero Conde! I asked for his help with this not only because I couldn't fully figure out what I wanted for the visuals for this song, but because I love his editing style! I'm still new to hiring out editors, but he was very fast and diligent with his work, and I am proud to show it off to all of you!
Additionally, I gotta thank my friend Kyler for adding on the bass guitar to this track. He's overall a very talented musician, and at several points during this production went to him for advice lol.
