In the collection of 10 art deco apartments that have been listed in UC-design heritage, creating a compact, unique home. By deftly changing the layout, UC-design redesigned the space to maximize both functionality and comfort while retaining its legacy character. Removing a single wall and manipulating floor panels allows UC-design to triple the kitchen space, while adding a full-size washing machine and tub, amenities not included in the rest. of the house.
