String of hearts aka Ceropegia woodii (or Ceropegia linearis subsp. woodii) is definitely one of my favorite plants. Not only it's easy to care for (at least in my environment), SOH are just so gorgeous with its whimsical appearance. Today, I'm going to show you a few of my string of hearts collection. ❤❤❤🌿
