harry Ron and Hermione were walking to their compartment on the train when they Ran into Draco Malfoy. this is hermiones POV
Draco: watch were ur going u filthy little Mudblood!
Hermione: whats got ur wand in a knot malfoy?
Draco: Well wouldnt u like to know.
Harry: Shove off Malfoy!
Draco: with pleasure potty, weasel, mudblood.
Ron: call us what u want but we could always take a leaf out of professor Moody's book.
Draco: and what is that?
Ron: turn u into a ferret again.
Draco: u wouldnt dare!
Ron: try me alright ill make u a deal u stop calling Hermione a mudblood and i wont turn u into a ferret.
Draco: and what makes u think that id make a deal like that with a blood traitor like u.
Ginny: whats going on here. guys Neville's lost Trevor again.
Harry: ok lets go guys
Ron: ok come on Hermione.
Hermione: ill be there in a bit im just going to change into my robes.
Ron: but we wont be at hogwarts for ages.
Hermione: i know but i just want to get changed thinks: thank Merlin he didnt see me staring at malfoy. that would have been very bad
ron leaves
Hermione: whispers malfoy MALFOY...
Draco: what do u want granger?
Hermione: u called me granger. Malfoy theres something we need to talk about
Draco: whats there to discuss u called our relationship off last year.
Hermione: i know but let me explain why i did that
Draco: no i think u did last year 'Go to hell malfoy and take ur Death Eater father with u'
Hermione: wait i said that in front of Harry didnt i?
Draco: yeah so?
Hermione: thats why i did it Harry started to suspect us so i had to say something to throw him off didnt i?
Draco: well yeah but still u should have warned me and i would have known u didnt mean it.
Hermione: but i couldnt now could i? Harry was watching my every move i couldnt warn u and it was best for u to think that i had broken up with u then to let Harry think he was right
Draco: really u didnt mean any of it?
Hermione: of course not Dray, i love you and that will never change.
Draco: how do i know ur not just setting me up?
Hermione: would i do this if i was trying to set u up? kisses him passionatly Draco Lucius Malfoy i love u with all my heart and soul and that will never change
Draco: deepens the kiss i love u too Mione.
