How about a $6000 SSD drive? HP 3PAR 7200 - (PWJ85)
I got an almost new HP 3PAR 7200 disk storage system to play with. Taking it apart, having a look inside and wondering about the price tags... $6000 for a 920GB SSD, $2500 for a 4TB disk and about $150'000 for the entire system.
PS: The screwdriver is called ES120 and can be bought from China.
