This was one of the many features that was meant for educational use. Like classrooms. It is also meant for personal use as well.
Basically it showcases the history of Commune Robloxia and the R.S.F.R, their leaders, aspects of life there, what they offer, parades, the television industry there, among other magically fun things. Including neighboring regions Ankoria, Republic of Boyopolis, and Adrianerra. That's what's contained on the film.
