~ IF YOU ARE JUMPCUTTING "OPEN BROADCAST" VIDEO .FLV files--YouTube accepts Open Broadcast's format but Reaper DOES NOT.
For this to work you need to convert .FLV to .MP4 or .MOV with the Movavi software. Don't be a cheapo like me buy this ~$40 software so you wont have the stupid link flashing on the screen for your open broadcast videos!!!
