Blur using StackBlur in C# Visual Studio (Quick and Easy)
This guide focuses on how to blur an image using StackBlur (By Victoriqueko).
Step 1: Create a Project
Step 2: Change the Target framework
Step 3: Add the "StackBlur" from NuGet manager
Step 4: Create a static method
Step 5: Add the Directory of the image you want to blur
And the rest is on the video, after that check on the directory the blurred image should be there.
