Vision 2040 Reveal
On 26 September 2024, South African National Parks (SANParks) revealed a co-created Vision 2040 - an inspiring and visionary strategy developed in consultation with over 1,600 stakeholders including youth, communities, academics, staff, tourists, traditional leaders, traditional healers, environmentalists and many other South Africans from all walks of life.
Vision 2040 reimagines the future of conservation and envisions a nation where nature and people thrive together, creating a harmonious and sustainable future for all.
