Marinating shashlik, a juicy Armenian recipe
Perfectly cooked meat makes a great appetizer for a holiday table. I marinated it a bit differently than the traditional method, adding semi-dry wine. The meat turned out tender and flavorful. This is the only way I make it now, and my guests are happy and ask for the recipe!
ATTENTION! The shashlik wasn't prepared Armenian-style; it's called Armenian because my late Armenian neighbor told me about it. My channel has even more interesting recipes from new videos. Enjoy watching, and less negativity. ;) The shashlik turned out great, finger-licking good.
