KASHISH 2024 Theme Animation
The 15th edition of KASHISH Pride Film Festival opened its call for poster design submissions with the KASHISH 2024 festival theme 'UNFURL YOUR PRIDE', and out of two dozen submissions, one design was picked by Dalip Daswani, a well-known designer.
The winner is Sithesh C.Govind, a Bangalore based graphic designer and creative producer. He said about his design, “The Reels represent the core of the film festival, which is the celebration of cinema. The film reels are a nod to the history and tradition of filmmaking. Butterflies are often symbols of transformation and beauty, the butterflies in the poster signify the journey of self-discovery and the unfolding of one’s true identity, which aligns with the queer community’s experiences.”
The theme animation has bene done by Rahul Choudhary.
