SED-300JB-E Tablet Coating Machine - Uniform Spraying + Fast Drying in one step! (SED PHARMA)
Working Principle
Tablets to be coated are placed in the coating pan, which are made to rotate continuously in an orbital manner. The rotational movement of the pan causes the batch of tablets loaded into the pan to tumble and make multiple passes through the spray application zone.
Coating solution is applied to the rotating tablets by spraying in atomized form which can produce a faster and more even distribution of solution than simply introducing it as a liquid.
Whilst the spraying is going on, hot air is introduced which causes rapid drying of the coating medium. The hot air comes from inlet fan and is regulated in terms of temperature and volume.
