"It occurred during our regular schedule at 4:30 PM sharp, I wanted to record this to prove to my friend that I did have the best quality TV out there by watching Nickelodeon, and then, it happened. I don't know who or what caused this. The weather was perfectly sunny outside so it couldn't have been the case. My best bet is that someone hijacked the channel as a forever traumatizing prank.
