Other honourable mentions for the build are:
Hellion Hood for the aoe silence and invisibility, but you have to time this really well to combo your skill to achieve the outcome you want
Assassin hood/ spectre hood for low CD especially in the hellion jacket set up
Royal plate helmet for a stronger burst combo with the spectre jacket
Fort sterling cape can work well with the hellion jacket set up.
Undead cape might also be an option
