Unlike Chapter 1, where most of the bosses are characters from the original novel in The Kasaya Theft Incident on Black Wind Mountain, Chapter 2 features only two yaoguais from the original story—Yellow Wind Demon and Tiger Vanguard, from the incident where Sanzang was captured in Yellow Wind Cave. The rest of the story and characters in Chapter 2 are the creative work of the game developers..
