CHANGES: "STARTING NEW VIDEO..." was replaced with "STARTING NEW GAME..." I also got rid of the fake Steam notification.

INSTALLATION: REPLACE the "valve.bik" file in the media folder, typically found here: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\media"
