7Zip - http://www.7-zip.org
For opening such files, use 7Zip or WinRar on Windows,
iZip (http://www.izip.com/) on iOs or Mac,
ZArchiver (https://play.google.com/store/apps/de...) on Android.
Compression rate varies from file to file so it is not necessary that you may get an ultra compressed file like the one in this video.
Generally, if you try to compress a folder with many files inside it, the final size may not be highly compressed.
If you try to compress a single file, you have a far higher chance of getting an ultra compressed file.
