B3NG Qwerty : Velocity Syncing (Sony Vegas Tips | Tutorial)
This is just the method I use at the moment and came up with myself..
Hope I could help some of you, was kinda hard to explain..
At the beginning velocity is a bit hard to sync with but you will get used to it, if you got questions feel free to contact me :)
Btw: 'key button' = m button, to set markers.. I messed up :D
