FMV "Book of Eli" - "Radioactive" - Lindsey Stirling and Pentatonix (Imagine Dragons Cover)
It's been years since I made a fan video of anything. After a couple of times hearing this cover I felt the inspiration to make one using this song.
I would not have made this if I only had the Imagine Dragons' version. It just doesn't seem to suit the cinematography in the movie. The subtle and slow sound of Lindsey Stirling's playing and the beautiful howling harmonies of Pentatonix really set the mood for the sepia tone atmosphere in the decaying grim green light of the movie. I wasn't sure how the music would translate for the actions scenes, but it worked somehow.
I wanted to create a slightly more theatrical video and not just another copy of the song with different pictures so I added the movies sounds to some parts of the video where I felt it wouldn't interfere with the music while adding to the atmosphere. You can go to Lindsey Stirling and Pentatonix's channels to enjoy a very crisp sound with none of my inserts.

There isn't too much of any spoilers to story other than the death of a character, but really, that's one of the least of things you'll think about when the movie is finished.
