"TeRiRi's Magical Quest" is an event released in 6.6 "Woven from Last Snow", rerunned in 7.8 "Planetary Rewind" and is a direct prequel to the event "Before the Endless Dream Ends" released in 6.8 "Saha and Rebirth". The event is CANON for the so-called "Captain-verse" and is set in a new Bubble Universe starring the Magical Girl TeRiRi, another version of Theresa. The event focuses on the meeting between the main characters of the Captain-verse... and some old acquaintances...
The Herrscher of Thunder "Nocturne Ablaze" outfit can be obtained by playing the event.
