Not all children are familiar with this saying: “You must be born again!” It is a well-known verse of Scripture that has been loud and clear for certain sectors of the Christian community, especially in the various nations in the west. Therefore, it is easy to associate the term “born again” to a particular group of Christianity. However, we must not lose sight of the fact that it was Jesus who made this fascinating statement, and more importantly, the term, “you must be born again,” was an answer that Jesus gave to the most vital question that one could have. But the question, for kids, is this: “How do I receive eternal life?” Why do we need to be born again in the Spirit?
