Most resent Android phones, Android version 8 and upward are built with Rear, Front and 360° torch lights, some resent iPhones has the same functionalities, to know if your mobile phone has it, just tap and hold the torch icon for some second; if the tray bar expands, then it shows there are more options to the torch, so your Android phone has the ability of using the front torch which doesn't drain battery like the rear torch, you can extend your usage to both torches which is the 360° flashlight but it consumes more battery power.
using the front saves a lot of Phone energy than any other but less flashlight strength.
this is a way to maintain battery power usage in the phone.
