When This Stormy Rain Has Stopped... is a version 2.5 achievement that can be obtained by fighting Shadow of "Feixiao" in either the main story quest or Echo of War. In order to obtain it, you need to prevent the enhanced Ecliptic Inner Beast's parts from taking turns (the one where it's marked as red turns) throughout the battle. The Ecliptic Inner Beast's parts will only appear in the second and third phases of the battle.
