Caroline Munro Chloro & OTS Carry in The Last Horror Film (1982)
Vinny disguised himself as a policeman to get into the awards ceremony at Cannes Film Festival. Jana gets chloroformed, she was alone backstage. Vinny carries her away and takes her to a castle where he makes a scene with him as Dracula and Jana as a victim.
Bret shows up and he's really the mastermind of the killings, he has set everything up to that Vinny will be arrested for the murders that have taken place. Vinny kills Bret, but in the ending all of the events are shown to be a movie that was filmed by Vinny.
