Steps on How to Remove Fence in Photoshop CC 2015
1. Select the fence by using any selection tool.
2. Go to Edit then Fill and select Content -Aware
Check Color Adaptation
Blending Mode : Normal
Opacity : 100%
3. Use Healing Brush tool or Clone Stamp to remove some unwanted parts or spots.
