Pie crust ingredients
5 cups of flour
1 1/2 cup of cold butter
3/4 cup of sugar
5 egg yolks
3/4 cup of coconut milk.
Pie filling ingredients
3 cans of evaporated milk
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Bring to a boil
Cornstarch slurry ingredients
5 tbsp cornstarch
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup of milk
Stir and pour into the milk mixture and keep stirring until smooth and thick.
