2 lb ground beef
1 large onion
5 cloves garlic
1 (24 oz) jar tomato sauce
1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup chicken/white wine broth
1/2 cup fresh basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons sugar
Salt/pepper to taste
Mozzarella cheese
Béchamel sauce:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups room temperature whole milk
Pinch of salt, pepper, and ground nutmeg
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
